From the moment you walk in to the flooring store, to ordering the last piece of trim, here's exactly what working with us looks like. Home renovation can already come with stressors. We never want you to be surprised or pressured by us.
01
Reach out and let us know what room or space you're working on. If you already know your square footage, great. If not, that's step two.
02
A blueprint alone isn't enough. Your independent installer (or one we recommend) comes out to measure in person, so what you order is exactly what fits.
03
We send you an itemized estimate for the product, the installer will send your installation estimate, and you can review it on your own time.
04
A down payment confirms your spot and gets your project on the calendar. That's the only commitment it takes to get started. We offer flexible payment options so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Flooring you invest in, live on, and actually love installed by people who treat your home like it’s theirs. The Howard Johnson Flooring store has been part of Fond du Lac since 1964. We’re still here, still independent, and still doing it the honest way.
Luxury vinyl flooring (LVP and LVT) that’s low-maintenance and built for daily wear: kids, pets, spills, all of it.
Carpet flooring in plush, pattern, and stain-resistant options, matched to how your room actually gets used.
Ceramic and porcelain tile flooring built for kitchens, bathrooms, and more, with decades of durability.
Laminate flooring that delivers the look of hardwood or tile at a lower cost, without sacrificing durability.
Discounted carpet remnants and short rolls. The same quality as our regular stock, just limited sizes.
Hardwood flooring installation with a range of species and finishes, built to last for decades.
We've spent decades helping people choose flooring that fits their home and their life, not just whatever's on sale that week. That means real conversations about how a room gets used, what holds up under kids and pets, and what's actually worth the investment versus what isn't. We're not here to upsell you on a promotion. We're here to make sure you walk away with a floor you're still happy with in ten years, not just ten days.
about usA look at the kind of work that’s kept families coming back for generations.
From classic herringbone hardwood to bold tile layouts, every project starts with what fits your space and how you actually live in it.
Installed by independent professionals who stand behind their own name, so the floor you see in these photos is built to look just as good years from now.
